Sometimes I really don’t feel like cooking. I know this is surprising coming from someone who has a food blog! But every week brings its own challenges and this week was definitely a work work work kinda week. When this happens, I turn to quick short cuts which make my life easier and give me energy to keep going. If they’re delicious and healthy along with being quick then that’s definitely a triple win. I had learned of Muniq through a former coworker who sent me a few samples after I did some freelance work for them (this is not a sponsored post btw). At first, I’ll admit I was a little skeptical. I’ve tried quite a few shakes in the past and regardless of how good they are for you, most can’t get past my flavor standards. How great could this be? It has green bananas in it after all. Strawberry Orange Shake

INGREDIENTS

1/2 single serve packet Muniq Vanilla Crème Prebiotic Resistant Starch Shake

3/4 cup (6 oz.) non-dairy milk of choice

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup fresh orange or orange juice

1/2 cup ice, to taste depending on desired texture


METHOD

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
